About the Journal

Porta Care: Jurnal Konseling Pastoral serves as the official scholarly publication of the Pastoral Counseling Study Program at STAKat Negeri Pontianak. It aims to provide a platform for publishing research findings, addressing issues in pastoral counseling education, developing counseling media, and fostering theological reflection grounded in Catholic faith. The journal emphasizes the integration of catechesis, theology, and pastoral care (cura animarum), alongside literature-based research, and is published biannually in June and December.
