The equivalent is stated in the Laudato Si' document issued by Pope Francis. This ecological catechesis invites people to be more aware and active in caring for the environment, especially the protected forests around the village. In the catechesis process carried out in Sungai Langer hamlet - Sanggau Regency - West Kalimantan, the service team educated them on the importance of nature and forests, and that it is the responsibility of all village residents to maintain their preservation. This service method is carried out by providing teaching and education through eco-technical catechesis activities to all village residents in accordance with the call of Laudato Si'. The aim of this activity is that people become more sensitive to environmental damage and its impact on human life.
2024-06-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Martinus Martinus, Hemma Gregorius Tinenti, Jimiana Bunga, Teresa Nobel Cory Nirwana https://ejournal.stakatnpontianak.ac.id/index.php/amare/article/view/429 PENERAPAN PERMAINAN INTERAKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BERBAHASA INGGRIS ANAK-ANAK DI YAYASAN RANGKUL PEDULI SESAMA 2024-05-17T14:03:57+00:00 Ludovikus Ludovikus ludo@stikesrshusada.ac.id Yurita Mailintina yuritamailintina.91@gmail.com Ribka Sabarina Panjaitan sabrinapanjaitan26@gmail.com Nanik Supriyani nanik.supriani@ustjogja.ac.id
The implementation of this interactive game evaluates the impact of English learning activities at the Rangkul Peduli Sesama Foundation on children's understanding. This community service activity aims to create awareness and knowledge in children about how important English is for them in the future and increase children's motivation. This activity was attended by 30 children. Analysis of pre-test and post-test data showed a significant increase in their English knowledge after the learning activities. There was a substantial increase in minimum and maximum scores, with the mean score increasing from 59.40 to 88.26. A lower standard deviation in the post-test indicates uniform understanding of English among children. Creative and innovative learning methods, including the use of interactive games, have proven effective in increasing children's interest and understanding of English from 4 to 14 years old. Post-activity evaluations and attention to health and safety, especially in a global pandemic, are also taken into account. This activity confirms that learning is successful in significantly improving children's understanding of English, providing a strong foundation for the development of English language skills in the future.
2024-06-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Ludovikus, Yurita Mailintina, Ribka Sabarina Panjaitan, Nanik Supriyani https://ejournal.stakatnpontianak.ac.id/index.php/amare/article/view/430 PEMBINAAN KEPEMIMPINAN ORANG MUDA KATOLIK: DI PAROKI KUALA DUA DAN BEDUAI KEUSKUPAN SANGGAU 2024-05-14T08:23:22+00:00 Kristianus Kristianus kristianusatok@gmail.com Laurentius Prasetyo praslauren@gmail.com Thomas Kuslin tomkuslin@gmail.com Magdalena Magdalena magdalena_en@gmail.com Carolina Lala carolinalala@gmail.com Mikael Dou Lodo mikaeldou@gmail.com
This activity is motivated by developments in science and technology, especially in the field of telecommunications, which are currently sweeping the world. As future leaders of the people who are expected by the church to be able to actively develop church life, they are required to be wiser and able to teach young Catholics around them regarding the main negative impacts of the development of telecommunications technology. With the development of science and digital, humans experience amnesia, forgetting their identity. This is also what is happening to young Catholics in the Sanggau Diocese who are being hit by the mastery of science and the development of the digital world. This community service was carried out for two days, in the Beduai parish in the Sanggau Diocese. The method of this activity is education for young people, starting with the presentation of material in each session and continuing with reflection in the form of revealing responses from the participants. The atmosphere of the activity was held in a lively manner accompanied by music. This activity was successful in increasing teenagers' understanding of leadership and efforts to overcome the impact of developments in communication technology that could threaten their Catholic faith.
2024-06-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Kristianus Kristianus, Laurentius Prasetyo, Thomas Kuslin, Magdalena Magdalena, Carolina Lala, Mikael Dou Lodo https://ejournal.stakatnpontianak.ac.id/index.php/amare/article/view/435 PELATIHAN GURU DALAM PENGGUNAAN PLATFORM PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI SMP SANTO FRANSISKUS ASISI PONTIANAK 2024-05-15T10:39:14+00:00 Metoddyus Tri Brata Role metoddyusrole85@gmail.com Apri Kurniawan aprikurniawan@gmail.com Rezkie Zulkarnain rezkiezulkarnain@gmail.com
At the beginning of 2020, the world faced the significant impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, including on the education sector in Indonesia.
