The issue of criticism of leadership in this film reveals facts that often occur among leaders. Leadership is often reduced to rigid power, suspicion, supervision, determination and "destroying" people's fate. Leaders forget the big responsibility of developing their colleagues and subordinates. Father Flynn's words to Sister Aloysius are interesting. “Emotions are not facts. Suspicions are not facts.” Sister was so sure that Father Flynn had a special relationship with one of his students, Donald Miller. The third party among them is Nurse James who is the type who is always suspicious of someone, likes spying on her co-workers. It's not surprising that the news from him is just gossip. In this film several interesting things will be discussed. Truth is the highest value, so he must be compelled to embody the love of truth in his attitude. The truth will be sought, defended, deepened and spread. In line with this, the Second Vatican Council saw that everyone has the obligation to seek and accept the truth as a primary obligation.  Love for absolute truth must be pursued on the one hand, and shouted loudly to fight various injustices on the other hand.
